When I was 8, I dreamed of being a pediatrician. My “Jingle Bear” even wore scrubs and a stethoscope. The first time I saw someone else’s blood being drawn, I knew instantly this wasn’t the career field for me.

At 14 years old, I remember blasting my music to practice a jazz routine in our single-wide living room while mom was working and I was babysitting my younger sisters. One of them came out of their room and said, “Hey, can you teach me how to do that?” That was my AHA! moment. I found a new direction.
​
Dance became my outlet at the age of 12, and my passion only grew from there. I love teaching dance. I love the families I meet. I love the dancers who cross paths with me each season. I love helping others to embrace everything the world of dance encompasses. I’m grateful you stumbled across Wyldfire Dance Studio online, and I hope someday our paths cross on the dance floor.
